With over 33 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jennifer has built a strong, customer-focused agency licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Since opening this office in 1992, we have cultivated a team of nine dedicated professionals, including a senior team member who recently celebrated 13 years with the agency.

Our agency has consistently excelled, earning a spot in the Honor Club since 2000 and achieving Crystal status. Our office thrives on a supportive and collaborative work environment, where both big and small victories are celebrated together.

Beyond the office, Jennifer is actively involved in her community through the Rotary Club, organizing events such as Feed My Starving Children, the Santa Run, and various fundraisers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jennifer Burnidge - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
